Home made meatloaf (Liz's Version)

Introduction

This is the way I make meatloaf. This is the way I make meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Raw ground meat with bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, chopped onions, chopped garlic, tomatoe sauce.

Directions

Manually mix all ingredients together with the exception of the tomatoe sauce. Place in loaf baking dish. Pat hard. Make deep holes with your fingers on the top of the loaf. Spread tomatoe sauce on top making sure that it goes inside the holes. Bakein hot oven (450 F) for about one hour. Makes 12 slices.
