Wild Rice

Introduction

My mom used to make this with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup added and bacon and ground beef... I was trying to keep it lower cal so I cut these out, but it's wonderful as part of a thanksgiving meal. Ingredients

    Wild Rice 2 cups
    2 cups chicken broth and Two Cups Water
    1 cup celery diced
    1 cup onion diced
    5 cloves garlic
    2 cans water chestnuts sliced
    2 cups sliced mushrooms

Directions

Put all parts of this together in a casserole dish. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
