I really enjoyed this recipie. I think next time I may cook the broccoli a tiny bit as the 15 min of cooking time did not seem to cook it all the way. I like that it is a high protein meal. - 12/4/09

  • In a word: ew. 15 minutes is no where near long enough to even melt the cheeses let alone cook the veggies, and I'm pretty sure it's missing a base of some sort. To make this edible I think it needs a higher temp, more time, and sour cream or cream of __ soup to make it a casserole consistency. - 2/25/12

  • I made this tonight for dinner! It was a great treat and a great way to combine veggies. I could even see myself adding in a few more next time, like carrots or celery! Thanks for sharing. - 8/24/11

  • I wish there was a 3 1/2 stars. This recipe would get a 4 for flavor and a 3 for texture. It tastes good, but the texture is weird. The cottage cheese and ricotta don't melt so they stay in clumps all around the veggies. (Note: presteamed the veggies 4 minutes and they were perfect.) - 8/16/11

  • This was great! SB friendly which suits me well - low calorie - and best of all DELISH. Definitely something to make again - 5/31/11

  • Interesting flavor..... I wish I had cooked the cauliflower beforehand so it would have been more "done".

I made this without broccoli or mozzarella b/c I didn't have either. All-in-all I will make again with a few small changes. - 10/4/10

  • I like my veggies just cooked - not mushy at all. But baking this for almost 30 min, they were still raw. I had to mix it with my hands. I will not make this again. - 3/11/10
