Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium carrot grated
    100g lentil cooked
    60g cashew processed but not powdered
    20g slivered almonds processed as above
    8 medium mushrooms finely chopped
    (200g)50g flaxseed processed finely in blender50g sesame seed - processed finely in blender
    1/4 c sunflower kernels
    100g soft breadcrumbs (2 slices)
    1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, marjoram tsp thyme salt & pepper to taste , 1 tsp dry chicken stock spices all mixed together,
    1 tbs soya sauce
    1.5 tbs oil
    1 large onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 medium egg

Directions

Fry onion & garlic in 1.5 tbs oil, then add mushrooms fry till soft, add mixed spices, fry for few seconds then add tsp of water to prevent paprika becoming bitter.Mix all ingredients together then press into greased and lined loaf tin.Bake @ 190 Celsius for 40 minutes, allow to stand 10 minutes before turning out onto serving plate. Serve with vegetables of own preference
