Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Roasted chicken, skin and bones removed. Diced (4 cups)
    6 ounces Craisins (1.5 c)
    3/4 c chopped walnuts
    1 c chopped celery
    1 c Best Food lowfat mayonaise
    1 tsp salt, or to taste

Directions

Mix diced chicken, craisins, walnuts, celery, and Best Foods lowfat mayo. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate. Makes 6 cups or 12 servings
