Chicken ~n~ dumplings

Introduction

Good ol' country cooking, my mamals recipe....YUM! Good ol' country cooking, my mamals recipe....YUM!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Chicken breast...no skin

    Bisquick

    MIlk

    2 cans Chciken broth

    2 cans Water

    cream of chicken soup small can will do fine

    salt

    pepper

Directions

Start with your chicken rinse it and put it in a kettle....

Then put in your two can chicken broth and two cans of water...just to cover chicken....cook on meduim heat until done....

After chicken has cooked through take out and let cool on plate...

While cooling take bisquick and milk and mix together as the box implies for the dumpling and biscuts....hint the derections are on the side....

then get your water and broth boiling...it has to be boiling...while it's heating up take two forks and shred your chicken...leave in the plate

After it's boiling take the dumpling mix and break tsp. size balls and drop into boiling water when the top of the pot is covered take a spoon and pull aprt to drop mixture to the bottom....

turn down to medium low heat and cook for 30 mins until dumpings are cooked through....

Don't stir until dumpling are done then add your chicken salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 10 mins and enjoy!
