Ingredients

    1 frozen prepared (according to directions) pie shell in a foil pan
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    4 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press cheese evenly throughout bottom of pie crust and arrange bacon evenly over cheese. Break eggs open in bowl, add cream, and beat with fork. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie crust.

Bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until top is light brown and center is solid.

Yield: 6 servings
