Light Whole Wheat Bread

Introduction

All ingredients at room temperature (70-80 degrees F/ 21-27 degrees C). Taken from my Regal Kitchen Pro bread machine book. It is "light" only because it is not all whole wheat. Ingredients

    8-9 ounces Water
    1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
    1 1/2 tablespoons Butter (softened)
    1 1/2 tablespoons Dry Milk
    1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
    1 Cup Whole wheat flour
    2 Cups Bread Flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed. If making bread, choose the setting for wheat on your machine and remove when done. If making rolls, set on dough setting, remove after timer goies off, place on floured board and knead a few times, divide in 12 equal portions, place in oiled muffin tins, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
