Hot Artichoke Dip

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can (13.75 ounces) artichoke hearts in water or brine
    1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop the artichokes and garlic. In a bowl, mix the chopped artichokes, chopped garlic, parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 inch ungreased pie plate. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
