Ingredients

    Whole wheat pasta 4 cups
    1/2 c. each green peppers, red peppers, & celery
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 large green onion
    1/2 condensed mushroom soup
    1 Tblsp. olive oil
    100 g cooked chicken

Directions

Makes 6 cups. 1 c. per serving
Saute onion, peppers, celery in olive oil. Add mushroom soup and cooked pasta and chicken and cooked peas. Simmer to meld flavours
