8 oz leftover turkey (white meat)
1 can condensed 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed 98% ff cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth (saved back from thanksgiving if you have it, or canned)
1 c. canned corn, drained
1.5 c. leftover stuffing (stove top stuffing used in nutrition calculation)
10 sprays "I can't believe its not butter" spray
Spray the butter spray to coat an 8x10 baking dish
Press leftover stuffing on bottom of pan to make "crust"
In a separate bowl, combine turkey (ripped into bite size pieces), corn, both soups and broth until well mixed.
Then pour mixture over stuffing
Cook in the microwave for approx 15 minutes.
Once finished, this is sloppy to serve as it kind of makes a THICK soup, but it is tasty and those leftovers are gone!
