Taryn's Chili Mac

Introduction

This is the same recipe my mom used to make. It makes a lot, but can easily be froze for another meal. This is the same recipe my mom used to make. It makes a lot, but can easily be froze for another meal.
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    2 1 pound boxes shell-type noodles
    2 15.5 oz. cans Bush's Chili Magic Chili Starter
    2 46 oz. cans Campbell's Tomato Juice
    2 McCormic's Chili Seasoning packets
    3 pounds ground beef (this was made with 75/25, but can use lower fat beef for less calories and fat)

Directions

Cook noodles until desired taste. Drain, set aside in large pot. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Rinse and drain beef. Add Chili Starter to ground beef. Add Seasoning packs mix to beef and chili starter mix. Heat through. Add beef mixture to noodle mixture. Add tomato juice. Stir and mix well. Heat through. Serves apprx. 35 1 cup servings.
