Introduction

Great for burritos, salads, or even eat-alone.

This is my own design I use for lunches at work. Add some fat free shredded cheese for a great main dish. Make portions smaller and use as a filling snack.

To lower the fat, you could use chicken or ground turkey just as easily!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 16 oz (1lb)
    * Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (15oz can)
    *Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion, 1.75 cp (14.5oz can)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup (15.25oz can)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic powder, .75 tbsp (other seasonings to taste)

Directions

Brown ground beef in pan and drain (can also rinse to rid more fat) ; stir in all other ingredients, season to taste. let simmer on low for 15mins.
