Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 - 15 oz. can of pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups milk ( any kind)
    3/4 cup splenda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 cup spice cake mix --
    2 tblsp butter
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, salt, splenda and spices. When completely mix pour into 9 inch pie plate or 8 x 8 square pan. To make crumble soften butter and mix with cake mix and chopped nuts. Take crumble and sprinkle of top of filling. Preheat oven to 425 then reduce heat to 325 and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
