Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, .5 tsp
    Paprika, .25 tsp
    *Del Monte Sweet Peas no salt added, 0.5 cup
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 cup

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop.
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, eggs, peppers, onions, garlic powder, .basil, parsley, paprika and Mayonnaise. Mix together well so that all ingredients are evenly scattered throughout the mixture.
Add Sweet Peas by gently mixing it in trying not to squish the grains as you do so. refrigerate until chilled.

    Sorry about this. My version is an adaptation of another recipe and in my haste to get this done with, i hit the save button without changing the direction. i have now made the correction. Hope you enjoy it!
