Introduction

This is a recipe my mother gave me. We have cooked it in a pinch many times if there just isn't enough time in the day. This is a recipe my mother gave me. We have cooked it in a pinch many times if there just isn't enough time in the day.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz. Bag enriched Egg Noodles
    2 - cans Tuna in water
    2 - cans Cream of Chicken soup (I use the 98% Fat Free)
    1/2 - a stick of margarine
    1/4 cup of milk (I use 2% for the recipe)

Directions

Boil water in large pot. Once water is at a rolling boil add noodles. Cook noodles to preferred doneness. Strain noodles and leave them in the strainer for the moment. Over low heat melt margarine, add milk, cream of chicken and tuna. Stir until margarine completely melted. Add noodles and stir until well mixed. Serve.
