MAY SUBSTITUTE QUINOA FOR THE RICE

    4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH LOW SODIUM/LOW FAT

Directions

CHOP VEGETABLES COARSELY AND PLACE IN CROCK POT.
THAW CHICKEN CHOP COARSELY AND PLACE IN CROCK POT
ADD SPICES AND BROTH AND WATER
COOK ON HIGH UNTIL SIMMERING AND REDUCE TO LOW.
I JUST COOK IT UNTIL I'M READY TO EAT 3 GO 6 HOURS IS FINE. MAY REDUCE HEAT TO WARM AFTER THE CELERY IS COOKED.
