    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    2 large eggs
    2 cups fresh cooked pumpkin, pureed
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pillsbury pie crust


mix dry ingredients, beat egg and pumpkin, add dry ingredients, gradually stir in mil, pour into pie crust. bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes...reduce temp to 350 degrees bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out on wire rack for 2 hours.
