Souped up Rice and thigh with green beans

Introduction

High protien chicken small amount of rice with a vegetable. High protien chicken small amount of rice with a vegetable.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 - Chicken thigh boneless and skinless
    1 - Cream of chicken soup can
    8 0z water, tap
    1 Cup White rice ( Minute rice)
    3 Cup Grean beans

Directions

Makes 6 servings (Includes 1 chicken thigh and 1 Cup of rice veggie mixture)
Sear the chicken thigh using cooking spray and season to taste.
Add 1 can soup
add 1 can of water, tap
Bring to a boil
stir in 1 Cup of rice
Cover on low simmer for 25 minutes.
Add 3 Cups of green beans serve after 5-10 minutes
