3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
2 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup lemon juice
After removing chicken, add onions and peppers to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.
While veggies are cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, adding 1/2 cup water.
Add chicken back into the skillet, with the veggies. Pour sauce over the chicken/veggie mix and sautee until the veggies are crisp-tender and some of the water has evaporated.
Serve with tortillas, cheese, and sour cream.
