Ingredients

2 cups Power Flour
2 scoops (or 1/2 cup) Kaizen Whey Protein Powder (or any other all natural proein powder)
1/2 cup STEVIVA blend (or one cup raw organic cane sugar;sucanat)
2 tsp baking powder (no aluminum)
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp cardamom, ground
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1 14 oz can pure pumpkin, no salt added
2 large fresh eggs, beaten (organic, free range)
1/2 cup organic safflower oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper muffin cups.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add all wet ingredients at one time. Mix JUST until blended. Divide among muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with a little bit of cream cheese if desired.
Makes 12 muffins.
