5 bananas, peeled and slices
1 c unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
w/ 1 tsp cornstarch mixed in
¼ c ww flour
¼ c quick oats
¼ c walnuts or peanuts, chopped
¼ c peanut butter
2 T reserved pineapple juice
In a bowl mix flour, oats, nuts and peanut butter with a fork.
Sprinkle topping over pineapples.
Bake 400’ for 30 minutes
