Poppy Seed Cranberry Coleslaw

Ingredients

    2 - 12oz bags shredded coleslaw mix (Mann's), I like to use one bag Rainbow Salad and one bag Broccoli Coleslaw.

    3/4 bottle poppy seed salad dressing (Briannas Homestyle)

    1-cup Craisins (OceanSpray)

    mix it up - try some orange zest or 1/2 cup of slivered almonds

    Substitution: if you're looking to cut fat and calories try 1/2 bottle of the poppy seed dressing with 6 tablespoons of your favorite raspberry fat free or low cal vinaigrette

Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (adjust dressing to preference). Chill, approx 30. min, and serve.
