Ingredients

Spaghetti Plus Omega 3 (Heartland) 4 oz
Broccoli, fresh, 250 grams (approximately 2 large crowns) cut into small pieces
Bell Pepper, red, 1 large sliced

    Garlic, 5 cloves finely diced
Salt for pasta cooking water (appr. 1/2-1 teaspoon)
