Baked Pork Chop ( 3 oz)

Ingredients

    *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 3 oz (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .13 tsp (remove)
    *Pam Cooking Spray - 1/3 Sec Spray, 1 serving (remove)
    *Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 0.01 cup (remove)

Directions

spray thawed pork chop with PAM non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle desired amount of salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, and garlic powder onto chop. Sprinkle chop with 1/2 teaspoon of finely shredded parmesan cheese. Bake in 425 oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
