shrimp tetrazzini

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz whole wheat pasta I use rotini
    2 tblsp margarine
    1 onion diced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/3 cup flour
    2 cups nonfat milk
    1/4 cup mayonaise
    1/4 cup chicken broth or sherry if you prefer
    12 oz cooked shrimp
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta and drain
Melt margarine in pan. Cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in flour. Add milk, mayo, and chicken broth. Cook until thickened Add shrimp and stir. Remove from heat and add pasta. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 min.
Serves 6
