Stuffed Pepper Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 0.50 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Best Choice Instant White Rice, 1 cup

Directions

Chop up onion and green peppers. Add one can of tomato sauce to a pot with vegetables. Brown beef, drain and add to pot with rice. Add 1 cup water. Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Makes about 8 servings.
