Ingredients

    1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced
    1 small white onion, thinly sliced
    500g radishes, trimmed & thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp oive oil
    3 Tbsp malt vinegar
    Sea salt flakes & cracked black pepper

Directions

Arrange the lettuce, onion and radish on plates and spoon over the dressing made by combining the garlic, olive oil, vinegar and seasonings.
