Ingredients

    400g dark chocolate, chopped
    cup cream
    1 Tbsp whiskey
    Cocoa powder, to dust

Directions

Place the chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl over a suacepan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir through the whisky. Pour the misture into a container and refrigerate until firm. Remove from the fridge and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. Use teaspoons to scrape the chocolate to form curls. Dust wit cocoa and serve on the spoons,
