Pierdy's Tomato Herb Soup

    3 tblspn Olive oil
    5 large tomatos's diced
    1 can (796 ml) diced tomatos
    1 large onion chopped
    1 can (370ml) Carnation Fat Free evaporated milk


In large pot, carmelize onions in olive oil. Add garlic, basil, oregano, chives and tomatos. Lower heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Cool and then blend. Add carnations milk, add salt and pepper to taste.
