Oatmeal chocolate muffin

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cups ground rolled oats
    1 cup skim milk
    2 egg whites
    18 pkg splenda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    2 tablespoons coca powder unsweetened
    1 tablespoon carab powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    6 tablespoons ground golden flax seed

Directions

Mix ground oats with milk and let while preparing other ingredients.
Mix egg whites with splenda
Mix remaining dry ingredients
Mix together oats mixture wtih egg white mixture. Slowly mix in dry ingredients being careful not to over mix
Bake about 20 minutes in a 350 oven
Makes 6 large muffins.
