Introduction

A fresh, light culinary delight which tastes fantastic on tortilla chips, or use it instead of butter and sour cream on a baked potato. Saves calories & adds lots of flavor! A fresh, light culinary delight which tastes fantastic on tortilla chips, or use it instead of butter and sour cream on a baked potato. Saves calories & adds lots of flavor!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Cups of diced tomatoes
    1/2 Cup diced onion (we prefer green onion or red)
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lime juice

Directions

Prepare all ingredients as described & combine in a medium bowl. Sauce can be eaten immediately, BUT...time & refrigeration yield an incredibly better flavor,

Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 8 one-half cup servings.
