Excellent and unusual way to handle turkey leftovers. I used Boston lettuce rather than iceburg and because of the low calories, I had two for dinner with a small serving of brown rice on the side --- thank you! - 1/16/10

  • This was very good. Next time I'll put only 4 T of sugar-- a hair to sweet for me. The lettuce from my garden was too floppy for rolling so I pretty much made a salad and added 1/2 c brown rice and some hot chili paste. Very good. - 5/20/12

  • Awesome... It is SO nice to have something other than leftover soup or casserole! I substituted a small can of mushrooms for fresh and it was still great. I like that this recipe uses items I generally have on hand. - 11/27/10
