3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (penne or spiral works best)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup plus half a can of water
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas

I am excited to try this for dinner tonight with left over ham. Do I add the cheese twice? Thanks for the new recipe! - 11/30/09

whoops - I threw this recipe into the planner so quickly I didn't realize I'd said to add the cheese twice. I usually add it in to the sauce at the beginning to ensure that it's mixed through the whole casserole. You can save a quarter cup or so to sprinkle on top. Let me know how it turns out!
