Ham and Cheese Casserole

Introduction

Throw this together in less than an hour for a quick and easy dinner for your family! Throw this together in less than an hour for a quick and easy dinner for your family!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Low Fat Ham, cut into cubes
    3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (penne or spiral works best)
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup plus half a can of water
    1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Mix cheese, soup and water together in bottom of casserole dish. Add ham, pasta and peas. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.

    whoops - I threw this recipe into the planner so quickly I didn't realize I'd said to add the cheese twice. I usually add it in to the sauce at the beginning to ensure that it's mixed through the whole casserole. You can save a quarter cup or so to sprinkle on top. Let me know how it turns out!
