Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, cooked
    2 cups 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 pkg enchilada sauce mix
    1.5 cups water
    4 flour tortillas

Directions

cook beef and add water and enchilada dry mix, (you can add tomato sauce ), and cook for 10 mins over med heat.
layer the mixture with the flour tortillas and cheese like lasagan style. BAke at 350 for 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly
