Cilantro Tuna salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water
    1 medium tomato
    Juice of one lime
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
    half tsp olive oil
    1 small red onion chopped
    1 artichoke heart chopped (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand in fridge at least 10 minutes for lime to mix together flavors. The longer it stands the better it tastes.
Also great with avocado and lettuce.
