Curried Lentils

Introduction

Mmmmm. Barely a recipe, there's so little work involved. But seriously, the BEST meal ever. Mmmmm. Barely a recipe, there's so little work involved. But seriously, the BEST meal ever.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Garlic, 6 cloves chopped
    Dry lentils, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large

    Spices (to taste, add a tsp of each and then increase if desired)
    Cumin
    Curry power
    cinnamon
    salt
    pepper

Directions

This really couldn't be easier.
Chop onion ( I like it big, but it doesn't matter)
Toss all ingredients in large pot with some water. (I just use the curry jar)
simmer uncovered, stir occasionally, add water as needed.
Makes 6 BIG servings, serve alone or with brown rice.
