    1 orange peeled
    1 C cranberries whole and fresh
    1 C Hemp Milk or of your choice
    1/2 frozen banana
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

add all ing in magic bullet or blender and whip till smooth

    Hi, you are my first commenter! I definately could but my goal was to use as much fresh raw cranberries as I can because it is great anti viral protection. This smoothie was also my post workout recovery meal/dinner . Love your idea though...especially when I run out of fresh cranberries later on
