Easy Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground turkey
    6 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp cayenne
    3 cups fresh spinach (or frozen equivalent)
    1 1/2 cups (small can) diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked

Directions

Brown meat in a large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
