Brownies with Flax

I combined ground flax seed with a brownie mix I combined ground flax seed with a brownie mix
Number of Servings: 12


    I box Betty Crocker Low Fat Brownie Mix
    1/3 cup ground flax seed
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup water


Preheat oven to 325 degrees for dark or nonstick pan or 350 degrees for shiny metal or glass pan. Spray pan with cooking spray or grease bottom.

Combine brownie mix, flax, egg whites, and water and stir until well blended. Spread into 13" X 9" pan.

Bake 26- 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out nearly clean. Cool.

Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
