Ingredients

    1 can libby's pumpkin( 15 oz)
    1 can lowfat evap milk(12oz)
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1.5tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp cloves

    Mix all ingredients together, spray a pie plate or other casserole dish and bake @350 for 40-45min.
