Ingredients

    Organic field greens salad, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1/8 cup, grated
    Beets, fresh, 1/8 cup
    Alfalfa sprouts, .25 cup
    Peas, frozen, 1/8 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), 4 slice
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cherry
    Broccoli, fresh, 1/8 cup, chopped
    Gorgonzola Crumbles, 2 tbsp
    Walnuts, 2 tbsp, chopped
    Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp

Directions

Go to your favorite co-op salad bar and add all of these ingredients to your bowl.
