Ingredients

2 cans kidney beans (15 oz, light, dark, or mixed)
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/2 cup green onions
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small jar (2 oz) pimentos
1 small can (8 oz) tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 polish turkey sausage
Directions
Put all ingredients together in a crock pot/slow cooker, and cook on low for approximately 8 hours. Makes 9 1-cup servings.
Serve over rice if desired. Goes well with corn as a side dish.
Can be made vegetarian by removing the Kielbasa, if desired.
