Introduction

My husband had bypass surgery in May so we are learning to eat healthy not only does he love it my grandkids do too & can't even tell it has no meat in it. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 raw onion chopped
    1 med. Zucchini chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    12 oz Morning Star Meal Starters Crumbles
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 cups of water

Directions

Chop vegetables, in a large pan heat olive oil add vegetables cook slightly add Morning Star Meal Starters Crumbles, tomato sauce & water. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over whole wheat pasta.
Make 6 1- cup Servings
