This Waldorf salad uses cranberry sauce in lieu of mayonaise, making it a lot healthier. I opted against the walnuts because I'm not a big fan.Adding an eighth of a cup of broken walnuts would add 50 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving.

Ingredients

4 oz leftover turkey breast, chopped
1/3 of a medium apple, chopped
6 red grapes, cut into smaller pieces
2 slices of cranberry sauce (the jelly style stuff in the can)
Directions
Mush up the cranberry sauce, stir in everything else.
Enjoy on a bed of lettuce, on crackers, or as a sandwich.
