Ingredients

    1/2 serving of chocolate whey protein powder
    1/2 c. all white egg beaters
    1/2 tbs. almond butter

Directions

Whisk 1/2 c. egg whites with a tablespoon(or 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Cook the eggs like a crepe. When cooked add a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll it up like a crepe.
