Introduction

a simple and delishes crockpot meal. a simple and delishes crockpot meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 lb. beef roast
    1-10.75 oz. can cream of mushroon soup
    1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
    Seasoned salt to taste

Directions

place beef roast in crock and sprinkle with seasoned salt., and cook on high for 3 hrs. Reduce to low, cut into chunks and add soup. Cook on low for 3 more hrs. Add rice and cook on low another 1 hr. or until rice is cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
NOTE: you can chunk up the beef first and let it cook all day on low instead, Then, an hour or so before you are ready to eat, add the soup and rice.
