Keri's Chicken Salad

Introduction

I like my mayo-salads "drier" than most, so feel free to add more mayo or fat-free plain yogurt as filler. I like my mayo-salads "drier" than most, so feel free to add more mayo or fat-free plain yogurt as filler.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 4.5 oz can Chunk Chicken Breast in water, drained
    1 cup halved or quartered seedless red grapes
    1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
    1/3 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
    1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayo
    1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt

Directions

Combine the drained chicken, onion, celery, grapes and walnuts in a bowl. Stir well.
Add Season Salt. Stir well.
Add Mayo, stir, and serve with Whole Grain Toast, pita, or on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.

Makes four (4) 1/2-cup servings.
