Introduction

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Bulgar Wheat - 1/4 cup dry, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in butter or olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and add broth and grains. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed and grain is soft (about 15-20 minutes). Remove from heat and mix gently. Season with salt to taste and top with cheese if desired.
