Introduction

very quick to make! yummy to eat! very quick to make! yummy to eat!

Ingredients

    1/2 c sesame seeds (measure then grind them in coffee mill)
    2 T cocoa powder
    1 T honey
    1/2 T agave nectar
    dribble vanilla, optional

Directions

10 servings
grind your sesame seeds just past the powder stage, where it begins to tack together.
put in empty soup bowl, add cocoa & stir lightly.
add warmed runny honey & agave (combine your sweetner or use either one alone, even maple syrup works..., as you wish).
stir (it will be hard to combine, knead well)
adding a few dribbles of vanilla as an option.

wet your hands lightly. roll a quarter size lump into a tight ball. repeat till 10 marbles done.
store in fridge. excellent shelf life.

option: roll in coconut shreds
